One of the major projects included in Prop RP, the 2026 bond issue approved by Ray-Pec voters, is taking shape at Shull Early Learning Center.
New renderings provide a first look at plans to transform Shull and create an updated, welcoming environment designed specifically for Ray-Pec’s youngest learners. The project represents an important investment in early learning and in spaces that support students from the very beginning of their Ray-Pec journey.
Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2027, with completion planned for August 2028.
