First semester ends on December 21, 2023. Please encourage students to finish the semester strong by completing their assignments and studying for any upcoming assessments. The beginning of second semester will be January 4.
Pro X Summer 2024 Internship Opportunities for Students
Pro X is a paid internship program for high school students in grades 9-12. Students will have the opportunity to work with local employers on real-world projects, gain valuable skills and experience, and earn a $1,250 stipend. The program runs from June 3 through July 11 and students will get 21 hours of work with employers and 4 hours of Pro X professional development each week.

NGC After-School Tutoring
We have recently started offering after-school tutoring on Thursday afternoons at the Ninth Grade Center from 2:45 until 3:45 pm. Tutoring is offered for the core content areas (math, science, English, and social studies). Students need to have their own transportation home and be able to be picked up right at the conclusion of tutoring. There is limited availability for spaces and students may need to be prioritized by need. Students can speak with their teachers to request to sign up.
