SUBMIT A BILL FOR RESIDENCY VERIFICATION:
When you register student(s), you must provide one document to verify residency.
Acceptable proofs of residency include utility bills (water, electric or gas), in the resident's name, showing the service address. (Instructions were included in the July 11 email.)
To verify residency send an email to residency@raypec.org and include the following information in the email message:
~Name(s) of your student(s), grade level(s) and the school(s) they will
attend.
~Your address.
~A phone number where you can be reached.
Attach a PDF copy of your electric, gas, or water bill (may be scanned) to the email.
~The bill must be in the name of a parent or legal guardian in the primary resident household for the student.
~The bill must show the service address (not just mailing address).
~The bill must have been issued within the last 30 days.
~A final notice or disconnect notice is not an acceptable proof of residency
Send your residency information to residency@raypec.org.

Through a grant from the Ray-Pec Public School Foundation, Kathleen Johnston and Kristy Warren purchased items for student sensory needs. The purchases included a Radioflyer "cyclone" that requires students to use their arms to propel the "bike" while seated; a resistance tunnel; and storage boxes for sensory items such as beans, water beads and sand.
