Developmental Screening

Free Developmental Screenings

The Ray-Pec School District Parents as Teachers program offers free developmental screenings for children between the ages of 4 months and 3 years old who live in the school district boundaries. Screening times are available between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on May 12 and May 19. The developmental screenings are milestone assessments given by the PAT parent educators. These assessments give families information about how their child is doing with their gross and fine motor, problem-solving, language, and personal-social skills for their current age. Sign up for a screening appointment. If those dates and times don’t work for your family, please call 816-892-1210 to schedule another time.
