Dear Parents/Guardians of incoming ninth grade students,
I want to take an opportunity to reach out and share some information with you as we head into summer vacation.
Construction at the Ninth Grade Center is continuing to progress as planned. The building is really coming together, both on the inside and the outside. The most recent construction photos are posted here.
Be on the lookout this summer for information from the school district regarding registration for the 2023-2024 school year. You will need a copy of your electric, gas, or water bill to verify residency. Registration can be completed online for new and returning families. If you need to register in-person, you may do so on July 28th or August 2nd. Students and parents will be able to access their final course schedules in August.
The first day of the 2023-2024 school year is Tuesday, August 22nd. To assist with the transition from middle school to the Ninth Grade Center, there will be a Ninth Grade Preview Day on the morning of Friday, August 18th. During this event, students will have the opportunity to meet their teachers and tour the building. Bus transportation will be provided. More information will be provided at a later date.
