Current Students (including Class of 2025 grads):

The current graduating class and current students needing a transcript will request one through Naviance. The current graduating class will not be considered former students until the new school year begins in August. A+ Transcripts:

Your A+ seal will be on your final transcript when you complete all A+ requirements. This is how colleges know that you are A+ eligible. You must remember to request a final transcript to the school of your choice. This will be done through Naviance beginning in mid-April of the graduation year.

Former Students (Class of 2024 and older):

If you are a former student needing a copy of your transcript, please complete and submit the Former Student Transcript Request Form. 

Occasionally, some colleges only accept transcripts in the mail. MCC-Longview is an example. After requesting your transcript, according to what type of student you are, your transcript will be mailed. Expect that it will take 2-3 weeks to process. If you are needing one sooner, please consider coming to pick one up from the high school. MCC-Longview will accept a sealed transcript hand delivered.
