Sports/activity physicals

Students (grades 7-12) planning to participate in athletics and marching band must have a completed, current physical on file with the high school Activities Office before practice begins. Physicals are good for two years from the date of the exam with physician approval.

Physical Form

The form includes three pages. Any student without a current physical on file will not be allowed to attend practice/try-outs until submitting the completed form. (See instructions below.)

Process for Sports/Activity Physicals

Activity Physicals are submitted through a program called PRIVIT. Parents and guardians must create an account and create a profile for students under the age of 19. You will then use the PRIVIT app to submit the new physical.

Instructions:

1. Go to the PRIVIT site: https://raypecathletics.e-ppe.com/index.jspa on your computer or visit the PRIVIT Profile App (available through the Apple App Store or Google Play) on your smartphone. On the app, search for "Raymore Peculiar Athletics."

Once you create an account, you may log in with the same email address and password in the future.

Activity fee

A student activity fee of $50 will be charged to all middle school and high school students participating in athletics, speech and debate, and scholar bowl. At the high school level, the fee is also charged for participation in choir and band. There will be a maximum of $100 charged to an individual student or $150 charged to an individual family, regardless of the number of students and activities. With payment of an activity fee, students will receive an activity pass, which grants entrance into high school home football and basketball games.
